Hall Manor

Hall Manor is located in the town of Tanunda, central to the beautiful Barossa Valley region. The property sits in a quiet leafy street and is walking distance to the towns many interesting shops, cafes and dining options. The Barossa abounds with beautiful cellar doors, and a few of them are within a 20-minute walk from the property, although it is recommended to have a car to visit the cellar doors.

This property comprises of 3 independent self-contained suites of accommodation. The Crystal, The Diamond and The Ruby. Each suite is totally private and independent, all with private entrances and facilities.

CRYSTAL SUITE comprises of two queen size bedrooms. The beauty and luxury of the Crystal Suite is the lovely open plan living, ideal for relaxing with just two or sharing with friends.

The open area has a very comfortable lounge area with two sofas; TV and DVD along with a stereo system so pack your favourite CD’s and DVD’s. The dining table is a large square table with lovely upholstered seats.

There is a small kitchenette, which has basic facilities, small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, a small two-burner hot plate along with a electric BBQ grill plate. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery along with fine drinking glasses.

The kitchen is fully stocked, with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, our package includes continental breakfast of, fresh bread, jams, cereals, orange juice and fresh fruit.

The Bathroom has a lovely a two-person spa bath and sauna, along with a separate shower.

Laundry Facilities are available with an automatic washing machine.

DIAMOND SUITE comprises of two queen size bedrooms.

The kitchen is a feature kitchen that any discerning cook would love to use, it has full cooking facilities, large fridge, large full size oven, dishwasher, microwave, hot plates. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery along with fine drinking glasses.

Lounge and Dining room are a separate formal room, a lovely country feel with lead light glass features.
Two sofas, which one can convert to a sofa bed if needed. TV and DVD along with a stereo system so pack your favourite CD’s and DVD’s. The dining table is a good size and can seat 6 comfortably.

The bathroom has a separate shower and large bath, nice and deep and long, just ideal for a great soak!

RUBY SUITE is a detached from the main dwelling and is a one bedroom suite, the bedroom is separate from the open plan area.

The open plan area has comfy sofa, TV and DVD along with a stereo system so pack your favourite CD’s and DVD’s. The kitchen is small but functional, with full size fridge, oven, hot plates, kettle, toaster, microwave, an electric BBQ grill plate. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery along with fine drinking glasses.

The bathroom has good facilities, with a shower, no bath available

Extra Guests/Children

Crystal and Diamond Suites both have two bedrooms, and Diamond Suite has a sofa bed, extra guests are at an extra tariff of $40.00 / night. Extra guests to be paid for on arrival

Free under cover parking is available for one car per suite, street parking is also available if more than one car.

Directions

Directions: From Gawler From Main North Rd, follow the Gawler By-pass (veer Left) to avoid Gawler. Continue along this road (Sturt Hwy) for approximately 13kms. Turn Right onto Gomersal Rd, heading towards Tanunda. Follow this road for approximately 15kms directly into Tanunda. Enter the town of Tanunda and drive for approximately 2kms to Bridge Street. Travel past the Information Centre on the LHS situated at traffic lights. Then look for the 6th turn on the LHS - Bridge St. Turn Left onto Bridge St and look for the 3rd street on the RHS - Third Ave. Hall Manor is located on the Corner of Bridge Street and Third Ave. Driveway entry is from Third Avenue. Alternative Route - Drive through Gawler, near the end of the main street look for the sign to Lyndoch. Turn Right and travel up the hill out of Gawler, follow this road, (The Barossa Valley Way) through Sandy Creek, Lyndoch, Rowland Flat and directly into Tanunda. Once in Tanunda, follow the same directions as noted above. Directions: From Nuriootpa From Nuriootpa follow the main route, Tanunda Road (also known as Barossa Valley Highway) directly toward Tanunda. Just before entering the town of Tanunda pass through a Railway crossing then travel approximately 2kms into the town. Look for the 6th turn on the RHS - Bridge St. Turn RIGHT onto Bridge St and look for the 3rd street on the RHS - Third Ave. Hall Manor is located on the Corner of Bridge Street and Third Ave. Driveway entry is from Third Avenue.
