Relax in the paradise of the tropics at this privately owned retreat surrounded by 20 acres of World Heritage Rainforest. A half hour scenic drive meandering through lush wilderness will take you to the prestigious and world renowned Cape Tribulation or presents you with the mystic of the spectacular Mossman Gorge. Road conditions allow 2WD vehicle access (self drive or private transfers available).

The house provides you with full kitchen and laundry facilities. All linen is supplied. Foldup chairs & esky for the beach, plus a picnic basket & rug. For the enjoyment of our guests a TV, Stereo, CD, DVD, board games & books are provided. Outdoor BBQ (gas) with seasonal swimming hole 20m from the house. Guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and displays of exotic tropical flowers. A hammock on the deck for relaxing and awakening your senses amid the ambiance of this amazing destination.

Directions
Daintree Views is 1 and a half hours drive North from Cairns International Airport, taking a spectacular scenic coastal drive through Port Douglas and Mossman to the Daintree River Ferry. This is the only cable ferry in Tropical Australia and operates 7 days a week, 6am to Midnight. Once on the Northern side of the Daintree River a 3km drive, meandering through the rainforest will bring you to your holiday retreat.
Things To Do
- There is a wide and varied range of tours and attractions in the Daintree area. Located only minutes from your accommodation, the Daintree River offers fishing, bird watching and crocodile spotting. You may prefer an eco walk with an accredited nature guide or perhaps a 4WD safari. Further up the coast you will find a 23meter high canopy tower and comprehensive display and interpretive center. For the more adventurous, horse riding along one of the deserted golden beaches, a kayaking tour around Snapper Island, or a reef and snorkeling trip on the Great Barrier Reef. Maybe just relax on the deck and take in the exquisite view and sounds of the menagerie of rainforest inhabitants…so much to choose from!
