When it comes to recreation the choices are endless. If your idea of an ideal holiday is simply relaxing by the pool whilst soaking up the Gold Coast sunshine, our heated in-ground pool and spa, set amidst our tropical garden and BBQ area, is the place for you. If you are seeking a more active holiday, you can try you hand at windsurfing, jet skiing, fishing, para sailing, kayaking, kite surfing and traditional sailing - to name a few.

Early morning walks along the famous Broadwater boardwalk parklands are very popular. The walking and cycle path is several kilometres long. The spectacular Pelican Feeding occurs each day at 1.30pm at Charis Seafood Restaurant located at the northern end of the boardwalk.

Extra Guests/Children

A maximum of 5 persons can be accommodated in a 2 bedroom apartment with the use of a Rollaway Bed (additional $20/night), or a Port-a-cot for infant ($10/night). A maximum of 7 persons can be accommodated in a 3 bedroom apartment with the use of a Rollaway Bed (additional $20/night), or a Port-a-cot for infant ($10/night).

Directions

If you are driving to the Gold Coast you will be on the Pacific Hwy. Take the Helensvale South Exit 62 to Labrador/Southport. You will be going East. After about 8-10 km you will come to a set of lights where you have to turn either left or right. Ahead of you is the water (Broadwater). Turn right. After about 100m you will come to a set of lights. On this corner you will see the Grand Hotel. Turn left into Marine Parade. Marine Parade follows the Broadwater and after about 4-500m you will see Blue Waters Apartments on your Right at 220 Marine Parade.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 72 hours of check in surrender the full amount of the booking
