Maroochy Sands consists of 10 floors of residential apartment accommodation in both two and three bedrooms with the ground floor devoted to retail. Maroochy Sands is located 50 metres from Maroochydore patrolled beach and a short distance from Sunshine Plaza and local clubs. Maroochy Sands features beautiful ocean views, heated pool with wading pool, landscaped gardens and BBQ area, half court tennis court and undercover secure parking. Situated within the complex are two hairdressers, specialist waxing salon, pizzeria, boutique, restaurant, surfboard shop and a real estate. We have a tour desk to arrange your day trips to Fraser island, whale watching, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, Australia Zoo and much much more. We can even organise overnight and extended stays to various islands like Fraser, Heron and Stradbroke.

Located on the corner of Aerodrome Road and Sixth Avenue, Cotton Tree Maroochydore - directly across the road from McDonalds. On Bruce Highway take Maroochydore turnoff and follow signs to Maroochydore then follow the signs to McDonalds - you cant miss us.
Things To Do
- There are a number of attractions to see locally including Underwaterworld, Dive the HMAS Brisbane, Eumundi markets, Australia Zoo, The Big Pineapple, The Ginger Factory and of course our beautiful beaches and hinterland. Shopping at Sunshine Plaza is a dream with all the big brands and names you need. There are many scenic drives as well that will take in the coast and hinterland areas. Don't forget to stop in Montville and let your taste buds run riot. Deep sea fishing charters are run from both Mooloolaba and Noosa as well as ocean jet boats for the thrill seekers. Whale watching tours are as close as Redcliffe which is just an hours drive away or alternately Hervey Bay which takes a little longer. Overall there is so much to see and do on the Sunshine Coast that you will never hear those famous words "Mum I'm bored!"
