SandPiper Holiday Units/Apartments. A small complex of 4, two bedroom FSC apartments, situated within the town centre of Merimbula. All units are NORTH FACING with private balconies, Opening windows, queen beds and linen supplied. Opposite the tennis courts,. a easy 2 Minute walk to the Bowling club, shops, cinema and Post Office. 10 minute walk to the water. All our units are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted on balconies where ash trays are provided. These units have just been FULLY REJUVINATED, new bathrooms, new electric stoves, floor tiles, carpet and painted thruout. 68cm remote controlled Color Televisions, DVD/CD Players, M/waves, Washing machines. Solar Heated Salt water Pool(this is only 1 meter deep,and 5 meters long "THE PUDDLE" a safe spot for little ones, or a nice area to sit and enjoy a cooling down with friends and a drink.) and BBQ area. These units whilst in the middle of Town are set at the rear of the block and are Clean, Quiet, Comfortable and affordable

Extra Guests/Children
Units have 1 queen and 2 Single Beds. Price is for maxium of Four persons. As we are a family set of units, Guests booking must be minium one adult over 23 years of age. Linen is provided. When selecting bedding on booking sheet, if ticking TWIN then please let us know in the comments box if you require 2 singles in one room or a single and a queen.
Please advise if booking is for 1, 2, 3 or 4 persons. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Babies are persons and included in head count.

Directions
Number 6, Sapphire Coast Drive. Right opposite the Police Station, and just up from the Tennis courts. Sapphire Coast drive is the main road to Tura Beach and Tathra, and runs of Merimbula Drive on the north side of Town centre.

- Merimbula boasts a lovely 27 hole Golf Club, Bowling club and tennis courts, there is excellent fishing. We are surrounded by national parks and magnificant Pristine Beaches. Wide selection of restaurants that cater for all cuisines, Our great Cinema, Aquarium, Museum and shopping strip for those not so great beach days.
- For the little ones there is Yellow pinch, Top Fun, Cinema, Aquarium, and The killer whale Museum. The bigger kids, Magic Mountain, Go-Carts, Horse riding, Boat hire. Mums and Dads wine tasting, Cheese factory, Arts and crafts, bushwalking, scenic flights. You name it, we have it.
Cancellation Policy
An AU$20.00 administration charge applies to each booking change or cancellation. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in time, forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.
