Absolute beachfront, spacious, two and three bedroom, fully self contained apartments, all with at least one balcony overlooking the beach. Master bedroom with ensuuite, with another bathroom with separate toilet for the other bedrooms. Each apartment has its own laundry with washing machine and dryer. Bedding configuration is generally a queen, and four singles, but some apartments do have 3 queens, or 2 queens and 2 singles. Tarrif is for 6 guests in a three bedder and for four guests in a two bedder.
Facilites on site include a full sized tennis court lit until 9 p.m., heated swimming pool, spa, childrens wading pool, sauna's for men and women, games room, barbque area, secure undercover parking, convenience store on site, direct beach access. A tour desk operates from reception for all tour enquiries and bookings. Transfers to and from the airports can be arranged.

35 minutes from Cooloongatta Airport. 1 hour from Brisbane Airport. 12 - 15 minute walk from the centre of Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach. 10 minutes from the Convention Centre.
Things To Do
- Relax, swim, play tennis, billiards or ping pong. Enjoy a swim in the heated pool, and spa. Have a sauna, followed by a barbque. Sit on your balcony and enjoy the magnificent views. Take a tour to The Hinterland, Shop til you drop at Pac Fair or Harbourtown. Hit the Theme Parks.
Cancellation Policy
low, and mid season - $50.00 admin charge for bookings cancelled 8 days or more prior to arrival. Two nights cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival or in the case of a no show.
high season - Full payment is required for high season bookings by 1 December. An admin fee of $50.00 will no charged for all cancellations up to two weeks prior to arrival. No refund for bookings cancelled within two weeks of arrival.
