Directions
On arriving in Tumut take the snowy Mountains Highway heading towards Cooma. Approx. 5lms along just before the BP Service station, to your left is Tumut Plains Road. Drive along tumut Plains Rad, cross the Heritage Bridge and the next little bridge, then take a left into Little River Road. At the end of the road (7.2kms) you will reach the river. Take a right at the gate with the Elm Cottage sign, and follow the signs to the property.

- Activities abound year round, from skiing in winter at Mt. Selwyn to all water sports in summer. Fishing, hang gliding, golf, tennis, bushwalking, canoeing and kayaking or just stay at the property and relax.
